WANT TO KNOW MORE? LET’S GET INTO IT

When we say we get you, we mean it. Planning your dream day is an intense process. Being husband and wife, we remember the stress of wedding planning over 6 years ago and the overwhelming amount of unanswered questions we had for every step of the way. That’s why we’ve gathered a few of our most frequently asked questions and the answers for you to check off the list. For anything extra, don’t hesitate to reach out.

How much coverage do I need for my wedding?

To determine how many hours you'll need, first, you need to consider how much of the day you want captured. For example, if you would like the full celebration captured, then you'll want to consider reserving us for a larger amount of hours and prioritize that in your budget. Every couple’s preferences are different, therefore everyone will have a different idea of how inclusive they want their wedding gallery to be.

We suggest thinking of the day in sections and ask yourself which parts are most important to you. Read over the following chronological sections, and decide if you want these moments captured:

  • getting ready

  • pre-ceremony (first look, first touch, etc.)

  • ceremony

  • post ceremony portraits (bridal party, family, and bride and groom)

  • reception traditions (dances, toasts, garter toss, cake cutting, etc.)

  • special send off

If only some of these are important to you, a smaller amount of hours is ideal. We're always happy to help you decide how many hours would be best for you.

We recommend filling out a contact form so we can chat with you and go in more detail about our packages and features.

Do you travel for weddings outside your home state?

Yes we do. We have photographed weddings in plenty of other states (NYC, California, Ohio, Colorado, Tennessee, The Knot Featured venues, etc.) and we are determined to photograph weddings in as many new fun places as we can.

All of our destination wedding packages are custom to each couple, since travel fees are added into the wedding photography fee.

If you are planning on having a destination wedding or elopement and are interested in having us photograph it, just fill out our contact form and we would be delighted to discuss all the details of it and make travel arrangements with you.

How long until I receive my edited wedding photos?

It normally takes us 8-10 weeks for full delivery of your finished wedding gallery. We will, however, deliver sneak peeks within one week after your wedding.

Do you require a deposit to book?

We require a 50% retainer fee for all wedding bookings, and the remaining balance is due one month before the wedding date.

Session fees are due 100% up front to reserve the date.

Can we meet you before we book?

Of course! We recommend meeting up for coffee or drinks to get to know each couple if we both live at a reasonable distance from one another. Many couples say that having a session or meeting before the wedding helped tremendously in calming their nerves in front of the camera on the big day.
